Mossman

A pretty low key day today that started with a swim in the Olympic Pool at the caravan park.  Chris, Tammy and I took the kids for a play while Rick did some work.  Chris and Tammy managed 10 laps even though it near killed them and I wasn't far behind.  The water was gorgeous and the weather stunning and perfect for a dip.  Lunch beckoned and we scoffed some of the left overs from the night before.  Rick and I took a drive into Port Douglas for a stop at the bank and grocery store.  We managed to get the kids some much needed thongs and headed back for dinner.  Our friends headed over to the gorge but sadly we didn't get back in time to join them.  Another night of dinner, this time chicken soy drumsticks and veg for kids, showers and bed.  We settled in for an unbelievable steak and some pretty good Italian sausages that Chris and Tammy had picked up down the road.  A mushroom sauce to die for, too many bevies and we stumbled into bed again very full and very merry.
